Well six months later the puzzle is working fine. 9:58 with three misses on brain busters.

this puzzle had placement problems
Pieces fells off the bottom and I couldn’t get them to move to the picture.
5:00 No problems, no missed placements, no reveals. Puzzle worked fine, normal diff.
Not bad for me. Sorry about the problems reported.
You can hardly see the picture on the one side and the pieces just disappear on the other side. Not very effective and I am usually good at these
Every piece I clicked on disappeared. I tried each piece and cleared the whole screen. Somebody did something wrong.
Please repair losing pieces. I love these puzzles but has your update messed things up??
So, learning the changes. If you want to uncover another piece, you will lose the piece you’re moving ‘down below’ and can’t recover it. Carefully uncover each piece and if you can’t figure it out, place it on the puzzle; yep, counts as a miss, but at least you can examine it and place it properly. Practice on older puzzles- hope they don’t leave it this way!
Thanks, I’m having the same difficulties as mentioned below. Either they’ve changed the algorithms driving the picture placement or ? Something has changed, pieces moving off the screen, etc. I don’t even check the puzzle since I can’t complete it!

If I moved a piece without placing it, it disappeared. Later I found them in the comment section.
What’s wrong with this puzzle?! The pieces I try to move keep disappearing and end up farther and farther down the page! It’s really frustrating. Then it decided to start over on me.
Does anyone try out these puzzles before publication?
every time i tried to move a puzzle piece it relocated into the replies???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cleared the board in about 20 seconds without getting one piece into the left side puzzle. I’m using Windows 10

get it to move onto the background like before. I hope you fix the problem.
Yup.pieces vanished. Kind of disappointing.
After 3rd ‘refresh’, I figured out you have to study the piece before clicking on it, then drag (the disappeared piece) into the puzzle where you think it fits. Lost 2 pieces and after I finished rest, scrolled down toward comments, and there they were. Quite a different way to work the puzzle, but makes it interesting.
Seems most of us had disappearing pieces. Click on a piece and it disappeared – no click and drag. Shucks.
Same problem with pieces disappearing. Tried opening old puzzles that worked just fine when I did them. Now the pieces on them disappear (way down on page) also. I even tried starting my laptop and it did the same thing. What is going on?
When I click on the pieces they disappear?!?!? I tried refreshing, and the same thing happened.
The puzzle pieces will not move where you place them. They jump down under the puzzle. Unable to do puzzle.

Same problem here! As soon as you click on the piece in the “box” to move to the puzzle, it disappeared and you could not retrieve it. I see all the pieces that disappeared in the section of leave a reply!
Didn’t have any problems with pieces disappearing, but I find the images on the “desktop” where the pieces are displayed to be very distracting and annoying. Remove the background please. I love doing these puzzles on my phone
Pieces drop down into discussion and unable to “drag” them to appropriate spots.

I thought it was just me but I see you all were having the same issues with the pieces disappearing and moving down lower on the page. Please fix AMAC.
What? Somebody has really screwed this up. What used to be enjoyable is now a mess.
What is wrong with this puzzle? It won’t let me take the pieces to the left to place into the puzzle?
I tried the puzzle three times and never got to finish as I touched some pieces and they disappeared into the comments and when I touched them again they would go further down the screen. Don’t know what’s happening maybe it’s the virus?
This puzzle is all messed up. Whenever I clicked on piece of the puzzle to move it to the picture, it disappeared. Very frustrating.
I was able to move one piece, all the others disappeared when I clicked on them.

Everytime I touch a piece, it is disappearing!!!! To another place on this site. SO WEIRD . CAN’T DO THE PUZZLE
