But I’ve gardened for 50 years, so I should. Julie Riley 3 years ago 7/10 I use to garden and when I was a kid my younger sister and I had a garden – flower, vegetable and we had fruit trees in our yard. My uncle would help us as he was the best Gardner in our little town. He had his own huge garden to tend then he would help us. Our compound consists of two houses with flowers and all types of foliage growing everywhere. In between the houses were the gardens and a huge clothesline and then patios and flower gardens, strawberry patches, vegetable gardens, fruit trees then our swing set and play area and our clubhouse. In the back of our house we had a long row of gorgeous irises. Asparagus found its home next to the irises. I remember mama pulling the asparagus out of the ground to wash then prepare for a meal. These were the good old days when life was simple, party lines were a blast and drive-ins were still alive. My little town was located in Colorado. Kathryn 3 years ago 5/10. The bad thing about these puzzles with issues is we don’t know if they’re giving us good information or not. At my age I like to think I’m still learning but not so sure these puzzles are a good way to do that. Have a great weekend everyone.
